Why does my trundler does not go straight?
How many clubs fit in a cart bag?
All of our cart bags are designed with a divider for 14 clubs.
Will my oversized putter grip fit in my cart bag?
Our cartbags are designed with an extra large putter compartment. Currently we do not know of any putter grip that would not fit.
What does "hybrid" mean?
Hybrid means that a stand bag can also be used as a cart bag, as it has a hybrid floor suitable for trolleys.
Can I mount the wheels of my trundler on both sides?
Yes. We also recommend rotating wheels from left to right every so often to allow for even wear.
The wheel on my trundler won't stop.
In that case, the clamp/release in the wheel is probably broken. Please contact us for repair.
What accessories can I put in the accessory net of my trundler?
You can store smaller items e.g. gloves, golf balls, tees, etc. Please do not store drinking bottles or other heavy objects in it.
The axis of my blade trundler does not open or close properly.
Please check the left and right axis for breaks - if you don't find any cracks here, clean all the parts and add some lubricant. If you see a break, please contact us for repair.
How do I clean my golf bag?
To clean your golf bag use a damp cloth and a little dishwashing liquid. Please avoid strongly colored detergents with many additives as these can damage the bag. After using dishwashing liquid, you should wash again with another cloth dampened with water to remove any substance left on the bag surface.
